Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN to join our team. The successful candidate will provide care for patients in a fast-paced environment, focusing on acute medical, surgical, and telemetry units.

Responsibilities

• Care of med/surg/telemetry patients
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, medication administration, and central line maintenance
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Communicate effectively with all members of the care team
• Continuously monitor patients and interpret EKGs

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license
• Must have at least 1 year of recent acute med/surg/tele experience
• Ability to manage a patient ratio of 4-6 patients
