Registered Nurse - Days Shift

Schedule

12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients by conducting assessments, formulating nursing diagnoses, and creating patient care plans. Provide leadership and collaborate effectively with ancillary nursing staff and other members of the patient care team to maintain the highest standards of professional nursing practice within the clinical setting. Establish systems to deliver care to a diverse patient population, which includes infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Lead and mentor junior nursing staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 6 months of Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience is required.
• Current certifications: NIH Stroke Scale, Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA.
• Valid Oklahoma nursing license.
