Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel RN Med/Surg to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
