ICU/PCU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, weekends every other week (EOW)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU/PCU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care during the night shift. The RN will primarily work in the ICU and may float to the PCU if census changes require. Candidates must possess relevant experience in both ICUs and PCUs.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to patients in the ICU setting.
• Assess and monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float to the PCU as necessary to meet patient care needs.
• Educate patients and families about care procedures and post-discharge plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in ICU and PCU settings.
• Current NJ Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification.
