Night shift, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM. Must be able to float between units and work weekends.

Job Description

The RN Medsurg position requires a qualified candidate to provide nursing care within the medical-surgical units. The role demands flexibility to float between different units as needed and requires availability for a full schedule through the end of January and the first week of February.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a medical-surgical setting
• Monitor and assess patient health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and recovery

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active nursing license verification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation
• Completed compliance requirements prior to starting
