Schedule

6-8 call shifts per 6-week period, with no guaranteed block scheduling or consistent weekends off. 36-48 hours per week, with hours not exceeding 4 shifts/week unless mutually agreed upon.

Job Description

The Community Hospital of Anaconda is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics Registered Nurse to join our team on NOC shifts, requiring availability for call. The ideal candidate must have expertise in OB, Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum care, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery, OB, and Postpartum units.
• Assess patient needs and develop nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery and OB nursing.
• Current MT license or qualifying compact license.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate AWHONN certifications required.
