Job Description

Join our dedicated nursing team in a dynamic Med Surg unit, providing care for a diverse patient population including both elective orthopedic and orthopedic trauma patients. Our unit features a supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and drives positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the Med Surg unit.
• Perform dressing changes and aspirations as necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient experiences and achieve quality outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have independent experience taking care of 5 patients in a surgical unit.
• Experience in pain management and orthopedics is preferred.
