Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a healthcare position requiring various certifications and verifications for onboarding. This role involves maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and ensuring patient safety through required health screenings and professional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete required licensing and certification verifications.
• Undergo mandatory health screening processes including drug tests and health history assessments.
• Complete professional compliance forms and testing as part of onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to patient confidentiality and integrity codes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• License/Certificate Verification
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• MMR and Hepatitis B vaccinations required
• Influenza and Varicella documentation
• 2-Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test required
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing
• Criminal Background Check
• Trinity Education Verification
