Schedule

Shift: Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Travel RN specializing in ICU to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a significant level of experience and the ability to handle critical care scenarios effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the ICU setting, including monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage ventilated patients and administer vasoactive drips as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Alabama or Multistate nursing license (no prior NURSYS hits).
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU nursing.
• Experience with vented patients and vasoactive drips is required.
• Cerner experience is preferred.
• Candidates must reside 50 miles or more from the facility.
