Schedule

Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Ideal candidate should be able to cover call on Mondays (not a dealbreaker).

Job Description

The CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. The role involves performing basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The technologist demonstrates proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures, including CT of the head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of CT scans with knowledge of processing CT systems.
• Conduct procedures involving surgical/sterile techniques, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy.
• Provide quality patient care and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT) certification.
• Active Arkansas State License (or ability to obtain with ARRT certification).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT specialty.
