Job Description

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for the administration of respiratory therapies throughout the facility, including ICU, NICU, and the emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapies in various departments, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies as necessary based on clinical guidelines.
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care and equipment use.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state license required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
• Experience in critical care settings is an advantage.
