Registered Nurse - 3rd Surgical Unit

Job Description

Join our team in the 3rd Surgical Unit, where you will provide care for patients undergoing various orthopedic and bariatric surgeries. You will be part of a collaborative team that focuses on excellent patient care and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to a caseload of patients with a focus on orthopedic surgical recovery.
• Utilize medical equipment including Hoyer lifts and Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) machines as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Med Surg in a hospital setting is essential.
• BLS certification required.
