Night shift, working 12-hour shifts with a 3-day work week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (M/S RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical specialty. The position requires excellent clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, caring for patients with a variety of conditions including COVID, Monkey Pox, and others requiring isolation precautions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia (Nursys License Verification required).
• EPIC electronic health record experience is required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and other relevant certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical/surgical nursing specialty.
• Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days.
• Skills checklist and references are required.
