Schedule

10-hour shifts between the hours of 6 AM - 7 PM, with weekends as needed. Must be flexible to stay until the last patient is cared for, and call may be required.

Job Description

The Invasive Cardiology unit is comprised of dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs and Electrophysiology labs, with a high volume of advanced cardiovascular procedures. The unit offers complex coronary procedures and various advanced treatments, ensuring comprehensive cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Perform various invasive procedures, including catheterizations, VAD, ECMO, and electrophysiology studies.
• Monitor hemodynamics and patient condition during procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain sterile techniques and manage equipment setup.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in invasive cardiology or related field.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is necessary.
• Willing to care for COVID-19 patients.
