CT Technologist - Overnight Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in trauma and stroke management and a solid background operating GE CT equipment. This role involves performing standard CT scans efficiently and effectively, with a focus on patient experience and collaboration with the emergency room team.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard CT scans while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Support the ER department with timely turnaround times for stroke and trauma cases.
• Utilize both GE and Siemens equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with unit secretaries and other techs to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain documentation accuracy using Meditech and GE Centricity systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of CT experience required.
• ARRT CT certification and Florida state license are mandatory.
• Experience with GE equipment is essential; Terra Recon or reformat experience is preferred.
