10-hour Day shifts with variable start times between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM. No block scheduling is available.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric and adult patients in various surgical specialties including ENT, General, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery. The role requires adaptability to different surgical environments and floating to other campuses as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the Operating Room for both adult and pediatric patient populations.
• Participate in on-call duties, averaging 4 calls per month, with additional responsibilities during call hours.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR system (Epic) for patient management and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience, with pediatric experience specifically required.
• BLS certification is required; CNOR is preferred.
• Degree accreditation or at least 5 years of relevant experience must be documented.
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
