Job Description

We are seeking two experienced Physical Therapists to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in outpatient physical therapy and will be expected to work primarily at the designated cost center. While the primary focus is on the designated facility, there may be occasional opportunities to cover other outpatient locations within the system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document treatment sessions and progress notes accurately and efficiently using EMR.
• Educate patients and their families regarding exercises and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• Preferred experience in an outpatient setting.
