Job Description

The unit specializes in Orthopedic, Spine, and General Surgery with a collaborative environment that prioritizes teamwork, superior patient outcomes, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing orthopedic and spine surgery.
• Monitor patient conditions and assess needs for nursing interventions.
• Manage and administer treatments and medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and ensure a seamless recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Solid Med/Surg nursing experience is required.
• Previous experience in Orthopedic and Spine nursing is preferred.
• Current RN license to practice in the state of Colorado.
