Job Description

Join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), where you will be providing critical care to patients requiring advanced medical interventions. This unit consists of 16 beds and is staffed by a dedicated team of 45 registered nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and manage ventilators, art lines, and chest tubes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience (Adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU or any Critical Care specialty).
• Ventilator experience and skills in art/central line and chest tube management are required.
• Preferred: Experience in CVICU specific cases, CABG recovery; familiarity with CRRT, Impella, and Meditech EMR.
• Must hold a current RN license.
