Cath Lab Tech - Day Shift - Travel Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

3x12 Days from 06:30 to 19:00 with on-call scheduling requirements. Weekends and holidays are required as part of on-call duties.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Tech with recent and strong experience in the cath lab. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing various cardiac procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and assist in equipment setup.
• Interpret dysrhythmias and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias.
• Assist in the placement and removal of IABP devices.
• Provide thorough patient care and support during procedures.
• Be available for on-call duties as scheduled.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of recent cath lab experience required.
• ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, and CCI RCIS certifications are mandatory.
• Active MD or Compact License at the time of submission is required.
• References needed: 2 satisfactory professional references from recent employers.
