Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PCU nursing and be able to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the Progressive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months current Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience.
• Active Arizona or Compact Nursing License.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications from American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination status must be provided.
