Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our inpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. This role involves working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver customized therapy to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and recovery processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred (IRF, SNF, or Acute).
• No new graduates; relevant experience is essential.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
