Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Med Surg LPN to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential patient care, assist in the daily management of healthcare tasks, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a Med Surg unit.
• Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with various medical procedures and provide post-operative care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN license in the state of practice.
• NIHSS certification.
• BLS certification.
• Permanent address must be located over 50 miles from the facility.
• A minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience is preferred.
