Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No weekends.

Job Description

The Radiation Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing radiation therapy. The position involves operating treatment machines and providing various external beam setups and diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation treatment to patients as prescribed by the radiation oncologist.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and report any adverse reactions.
• Prepare and maintain treatment equipment and records.
• Provide patient education and support throughout the treatment process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT R).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with external beam treatments.
