Job Description

We are seeking a skilled High Risk Antepartum Nurse to provide care for patients with a variety of high-risk conditions. The nurse will float to the Postpartum unit as needed and will be responsible for various antepartum care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support amnio or sterile spec exams at the bedside.
• Assist with care for patients experiencing conditions such as PTL, previa, preeclampsia, diabetes, hypertension, and more.
• Manage medications including anticoagulants, insulin drips, and magnesium sulfate therapy.
• Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC) and other IV therapies.
• Circulate during C-section procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a high-risk antepartum or similar setting.
• Current AWHONN Advanced, BLS, and NRP certifications required; ACLS preferred.
• Active WA license or Compact license is required.
