Job Description

Join a dedicated team at a premier facility recognized for its high clinical standards and commitment to patient safety. This role requires a proactive approach, flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and real-time coaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Manage patient assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in triage and ensure timely patient processing.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• Previous experience in a Level II trauma center or equivalent high-volume emergency setting preferred.
• Must hold current ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications prior to hire.
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire.
