Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Med Surg RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment and will be responsible for managing patient assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatment, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification.
• Permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility.
