Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse for our MedSurg 3N unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, lead a team of nursing professionals, and ensure efficient unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the MedSurg unit
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
• Monitor patient care standards and outcomes
• Assist with patient assessments and care plans

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Telemetry experience is required
• Charge nursing experience is preferred
• 3 years or more of nursing experience in a MedSurg setting
