Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with cardiac experience to join our progressive unit specializing in cardiogenic shock. The ideal candidate will have a strong critical care background and familiarity with advanced cardiac monitoring and interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions.
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and advanced cardiac interventions as required.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist with the insertion of central lines and swan ganz catheters.
• Participate in the management of patients on advanced devices such as IABP and Impella.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have recent cardiac nursing experience and strong critical care skills.
• Experience with advanced skills such as PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring, CRRT preferred.
• Current ACLS certification required.
