Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for taking their own patient assignments with the support of an RN. The ideal candidate will have hospital experience within the last two years and be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients as per hospital standards.
• Collaborate with the RN to manage patient care effectively.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active New York LPN license required.
• Preferred hospital experience within the last 2 years.
• Charting experience with Epic is a hard requirement.
• Candidates must be willing to float to other areas as needed.
