Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various surgical specialties including Orthopedics (specifically Total Joints), GYN (including C-sections), Urology, General Surgery, and Sports Medicine Spine. This position requires proficiency in a Trauma Level III environment and the ability to handle a diverse patient population, including Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field during surgeries.
• Assist surgeons and surgical team members with procedures.
• Apply knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques to ensure patient safety.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced operating room environment.
• Adhere to protocols for operating room safety and efficiency.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of current CST/Scrub experience is required.
• NH Med Tech License/certification is required (can apply after offer acceptance).
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification is required.
• Certification by NBSTSA is highly preferred, but not required.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need.
• Submit a detailed skills checklist specific to the surgical disciplines listed.
