Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12-Hour)

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with every other weekend rotation and holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients across a variety of diagnoses, including mood disorders and substance abuse, in a dynamic team environment. The role requires flexibility as the RN will float between various health facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness.
• Oversee patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Utilize crisis intervention and behavior management techniques as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and policies during patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
• Previous Charge RN experience is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• STARR certification required.
• EPIC charting system experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance.
