Phone Interview - 12 Hour Shift Position

This position requires a 12-hour day shift with phone interviews scheduled. You will be expected to manage 7-10 calls per month, including weekends, with every other weekend and holiday required.

The role involves conducting phone interviews as part of a 12-hour shift schedule. Your capacity to engage with individuals over the phone and manage a fluctuating call volume will be essential.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Flu and COVID vaccinations are required, with allowances for medical or religious declinations.
