Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our IMCU/Progressive Care unit. As part of our team, you will provide excellent patient care and support for individuals in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs for patients in the intensive care unit.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy.
• Perform necessary procedures, including chest tube insertion.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Experience in IMCU, Progressive Care, or ICU-Stepdown units preferred.
• Familiarity with medications such as Amiodarone, Heparin, Cardizem, and 3% Saline is a plus.
