Schedule

5x8's with flexible weekend coverage 2-3 days/month or 4x10 shifts (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat). No self-scheduling. Holidays will be rotated.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist for an acute inpatient care setting. The successful candidate will provide therapy services to patients with a range of conditions including total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, and sepsis. This role requires effective communication within an interdisciplinary team and a strong understanding of pathology and lab values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients.
• Evaluate and assess patients' needs to develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid AZ Occupational Therapy license in hand and active.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.
• Understanding of various medical conditions and lab values.
