Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift contract. The nursing role includes caring for a variety of diagnoses, primarily in an Emergency Room border area.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a diverse patient population in accordance with established protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' conditions in a telemetry setting.
• Manage patient care with a typical ratio of 1:5 during nights and 1:4 on weekends.
• Float to various units as required within nursing specialties, excluding critical care.
• Participate in required administrative functions and assist in procedural sedations and management of invasive lines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Active RN Maryland state license.
• Current BLS, NIH, and CPI certifications; ACLS preferred.
• Strong experience in managing telemetry patients.
• Experience with Epic charting system.
