MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

3x12 Days (07:00 - 19:30); every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry for our unit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a variety of patient diagnoses, particularly in an emergency room border area. The role will require adaptability, as floating may be required within the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population.
• Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Implement isolation precautions and manage patient safety protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• NIH and CPI certifications required.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
