Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. At least one weekend within a 4-week period is required.

Job Description

Join a fast-paced and busy Med-Surg and Ortho/Spine unit dedicated to providing top-notch care to a diverse patient population. This team-oriented environment welcomes Registered Nurses who thrive in a collaborative setting and are eager to learn and support one another.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical, orthopedic, and trauma patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans based on findings.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and use advanced medical equipment effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Active RN license and BLS certification required; ACLS certification is optional.
• Must possess strong critical thinking, time management, and assessment skills.
• Positive attitude, effective communication, and ability to work as part of a team.
