Schedule

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM. Requires working every other weekend and Holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will function in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment, specifically in a High Risk Labor and Delivery unit. Responsibilities include providing care during deliveries, functioning as a Baby Nurse, and continuing care of the newborn until transfer to postpartum.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-risk deliveries and provide appropriate newborn care.
• Administer medications and therapies as per protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
• Provide lactation support and patient education as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in high-risk Labor and Delivery.
• Current RN license (Washington or Compact) required.
• Must possess certifications: BLS, NRP, and preferred ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate.
• Must provide proof of supervisory references and certification verification.
