Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have acute med/surg/tele experience and a strong patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a maximum of 6 patients at a time.
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, and central line maintenance.
• Administer medications and document in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Communicate effectively with all members of the care team.
• Interpret EKGs and manage Continuous Bladder Irrigation and NGT insertion/maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have at least 1 year of acute med/surg/tele experience within the last year.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience working in Telemetry (PCI, CABG POD 2).
• Required: Active RN license.
