ICU Nurse

Job Description

Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team. Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.

Schedule

7 PM - 7:30 AM, No Call, 3-12s, must be available for at least one holiday, every other weekend.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Experience with CRRT System and Cerner required
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
