Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg/Tele unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute medical, surgical, and telemetry care, specifically in orthopedics and neurosurgery. You will be responsible for providing compassionate, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to 4-6 patients at a time.
• Perform standard nursing skills including IV insertions, urinary catheter maintenance, and medication administration.
• Maintain communication with all members of the healthcare team and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Care for patients undergoing orthopedic and neurosurgery procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of acute med/surg/tele experience within the last year.
• Experience in neurosurgery or orthopedic nursing preferred.
