Schedule

This position offers a 4x12-hour night shift, from 19:00 to 07:00. Every other weekend is required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid New York license in hand. The ideal candidate must have recent hospital experience within the last two years and be able to take on their own patient assignment with support from an RN. Experience with Epic charting is a hard requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and medical procedures.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records using Epic charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid New York license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
