Day shifts available: 3x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30 or 09:00 to 21:30. Night shift coverage may be required as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Operating Room with a strong background in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic specialties. This role requires the ability to adapt to dynamic situations and provide excellent patient care in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative care in the Operating Room setting.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure successful outcomes for trauma and orthopedic surgeries.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Manage equipment and maintain a sterile environment.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Operating Room, with trauma and neuro specialty experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid California nursing license in hand.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system is essential.
