Schedule

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30) - Every other weekend required with call duty at least once a week.

Job Description

The Cath Lab RN will work in a dynamic environment, providing care and support for adults undergoing various cardiac procedures including, but not limited to, diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, cardiac stents, and valve replacements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and assist with interventional procedures
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation
• Manage and place devices such as IABP, Impella, and AICDs
• Perform emergency interventions as required
• Monitor ECGs and manage dysrhythmias
• Administer medications, including thrombolytics and IV vasopressors
• Provide patient education and support pre and post-procedure

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CA RN License
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cath Lab
• Experience with interventional cardiac procedures preferred
