This position is for night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts per week, from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in Medical/Surgical Telemetry. The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate care approach and the ability to handle a variety of patient needs within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patient vitals and manage telemetry equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic health record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 18 months of recent permanent experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
