Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care for patients, particularly focusing on high-risk pregnancies in large hospital settings. This role requires a strong foundation in assessment skills, clinical skills, documentation, professionalism, and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive, and accurate.
• Demonstrate competent clinical skills and provide direct patient care.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation of patient information and progress.
• Promote an environment focused on patient satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Follow National Patient Safety Goals and utilize safe transfer techniques.
• Individualize patient care according to procedures and type of anesthesia.
• Evaluate and support patient testing and pre-admission processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Previous travel experience with high-risk pregnancies in large hospital settings is required.
• ACLS certification is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Current RN License is required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
