Night shift, 3x12-hour, from 18:45 to 07:15. Some weekend shifts are required.

Job Description

The MS Neuro Nights Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients on a 24-bed unit. The nurse will manage patient care following appropriate medical protocols and communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 24-bed MS Neuro unit.
• Work effectively with a patient ratio of 1:5-6.
• Float to similar units within the scope as needed.
• Utilize the EPIC documentation system for patient care reporting.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient care planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with previous charge experience required.
• Valid OK or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required.
• Experience with the EPIC documentation system is preferred.
