Schedule

Shift: 4x10hr shifts, Days/Mids, Monday to Thursday, from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, no call.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist is responsible for providing timely imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient settings under the supervision of a Radiologist and adhering to departmental protocols. The role includes adjusting imaging parameters to study soft tissue, the arterial system, the brain, spine, joints, and extremities, with or without the use of contrast media.

Responsibilities

• Provide MRI imaging services under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Adjust imaging parameters based on the type of study.
• Ensure adherence to departmental protocols.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1.5 years of MRI Technologist experience.
• Travel experience is required.
• ARRT, MR certification is required.
• BLS and CPR certifications are necessary.
• Experience with GE and Siemens MRIs is a plus.
• Preferred: Graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with ARRT.
