Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Description

The Inpatient Rehab Nurse will provide care to patients in a positive and supportive environment within a 19-bed unit. The nurse will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare team members to create comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
• Perform wound care and manage other procedures as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have previous experience in rehab or medical-surgical settings.
• IV proficiency is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Wound care, stroke, and TBI experience are preferred.
